[ccp4bb] Can CCP4 calculate the R factor based on the given Fo, Fc, and sigFo by a mtz file?

I want to calculate the R factor based on the given Fo, Fc, and sigFo by a
mtz file. Can some CCP4 tools do this? Thanks!
