Dear All, I have just installed the current CCP4 dmgs onto a Macbook pro, and everything seems to be OK.
However, on running amore from ccp4i, in the initial sorting and tabling steps, the sorting works fine, but the tabling step does not run at all - i.e it is not called from the gui interface. The same thing happens if I choose autoamore or rotation function for example (which should both run sorting and tabling at the start). If I select run and view com file, then the sorting job runs to completion, but there is no tabling job specified - no TABFUN and no xyzin or table1. The next steps (rotfun....) fail, not surprisingly, as the table file does not exist. Has the tabling command been omitted from the ccp4i gui by mistake? Thanks Claudine
