Dear CCP4 experts
I am running CCP4i 6.1.3 on Mac OX. Some of the programs does not run well
like pdbset, Baverage and superpose.
pdbset runs but does not produce output file in log file you can see
(Logical name: XYZOUT File name: /Postdoc
work/MP4_analysis/MP4_Cpd4_pdbset1.pdb PDB file is being opened on unit 2
for OUTPUT.
Renumber residue numbers from 1 for residue range 1 to 397
in chain D (* == all chains)
Chain renamed to W
Hydrogen atoms will be kept
0 atoms copied
PDBSET: === Normal completion PDBSET ===
Times: User: 0.0s System: 0.0s Elapsed: 0:00 )
Baverage fails with the message: Baverage has failed with error message
BAVERAGE: FILE OPENING ERROR
Superopse has failed with error message
LSQKAB: *** ERROR - YOU HAVE FAILED TO FIND ANY ATOMS TO FIT ***
I downloaded the newest version of CCP4i 6.1.13 but still have the same
problem.....
Can anyone give me a tip to run these programs correctly!!!!!
