Dear All, I am working on enzyme which is expressed in Mycobacterium smegmatis. After affinity chromatography and gel filtration, it is observed that enzyme stays in dimeric form for 3hour approx. by the time it goes oligomeric form. i want it to stay in dimeric form to get homogeneity of solution to set up crystallization. Required experts suggestions.
