EMBL is seeking to recruit postdoctoral researchers to join the group of Daniel Panne at EMBL Grenoble. The Panne group studies molecular mechanisms of epigenetic gene regulation and signaling in the innate immune system. We are seeking to recruit outstanding candidates with a strong interest in the X-ray structure determination of challenging multi-protein complexes. Qualifications and Experience The successful applicants should hold a Ph.D. in structural biology or biochemistry. Previous experience in crystallization/X-ray crystallography is a strong advantage. The ability to independently take responsibility over his/her own project, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills, are required as well as reliability, attention to detail and effective time management. Motivation to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment is fundamental to this position. Good communication and presentation skills and fluency in English are expected.
