Dear all, We have a problem where cTruncate generates an error message when trying to process data from Scala as part of a "Scale and Merge Intensities" task in the GUI. Scala appears to run ok. cTruncate produces

The GUI task runs to completion with other input MTZ files that I have tried. If I run the ctruncate command in a shell, it generates the same error. Dr Stephen Carr posted a similar query back in March 2011, but didn't get any replies on the bb. Does anyone know what's going on here?
