Hello Rajintha,

the binary denzo_3d is most likely not compatible with your operating
system / your computer architecture.

Can you send the output of the command
 file /usr/local/bin/denzo_3d
issued from the command line? My guess is that this will tell you the
binary is not for MacOSX or it is a 64bit binary which you are
attempting to run on a 32bit machine.
