Or the data-processing program truncates the sigma to 0.0 because it
writes it out in "%.1f" format... but maybe this has been fixed since
the last time it happened to me?

(For what it's worth, Xtriage throws out reflections where sigma=0; I
imagine other programs do the same thing.)
