Dear all When I was playing around with Nucplot to generate diagram for dsDNA/Protein complex, the base pairs are displayed as letters. There must be a way of showing the bases as squares, a better illustration, but I cannot find a way of changing it in the "nucplot.par". Does anyone know how to deal with it?
