I am seeking a talented and highly motivated post-doctoral researcher to join the Structural Virology laboratory at Monash University. The successful candidate will have a recent PhD in biochemistry or related area and a promising track record in structural biology. Candidates with experience in combining X-ray crystallography and electron microscopy are particularly encouraged to apply. The laboratory focuses on understanding the assembly and replication of viruses affecting animal and human health. It is is fully equipped for X-ray crystallography and has frequent access to the Australian Synchrotron and the Swiss Light Source.
