Dear All, A lot of 3-D crystal structures highlight the salt bridges in the structure, although some structures of them are got at high salt concentrations.
Will you please explain to me why the protein salt bridge can still exist in the high salt concentration as used in the crystallization condition? I am looking forward to getting your reply. Acoot
