Hi Rex, Maybe it is related to a 3rd party package then.. Are you using Windows? Check C++ (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555) or mySQL (https://www.mysql.com/downloads/) Try to reinstall these, probably might help, but be sure about the 64 or 32 bit version. toufic
