Hello Everyone, I am looking for two specific test cases (below) and appreciate anyone pointing me to known structures/examples for the same.
(1) For a successful case of molecular replacement in which the search model has an overall sequence identity to the target in the twilight zone or worse (25% or less). (2) A case in which the search and target models share 80-100% sequence identity but where conformational changes in the target relative to the search model prevented a successful MR solution. Many thanks. Raji -- Raji Edayathumangalam Instructor in Neurology, Harvard Medical School Research Associate, Brigham and Women's Hospital Visiting Research Scholar, Brandeis University
