Does anyone know of an expression vector (or really what I am interested in is the existence of and/or sequence of a promoter/operator) for E. coli protein expression that is NOT cAMP dependent and that is NOT a derivative of the lac operon? Something like a pBAD or pPRO promoter mutant that did NOT require cAMP/CRP/CAP binding in the bug for expression? I can't find anything yet by lit. searches.
