If you look at this company's about us page the pictures and the description of the scale of the company it doesn't match with a company that would only have had a website for 1 year. The scammers definitely take advantage of the language and cultural difference. If you see something that is odd you dismiss it as just a language barrier issue instead of an actual problem.
