Dear All, Sorry for my off-topic question. Our Bio-Rad Fraction Collector developed a problem lately. It kept misaligning with the tubes, especially when the robotic arm moves from one row to the next, and we have to watch over it frequently to avoid losing fractions. We tried repeatedly to calibrate the alignment, but the problem persists. I am wondering if this is a common problem with this model and whether I should i) get it fixed, ii) purchase a new collector, or 3) buy a more reliable model/brand. Does anyone have experience connecting a AKTA fraction collector to the Bio-Rad DUOFLOW chromatography controller? Thank you very much for your help.
