Denizens of the bulletin board, I would like to tap into your vast knowledge of all things protein expression. Is anyone aware of a cell line or even a transformable/transfectable construct that produces high processivity ribosomes. I.E. one that can translate to the end of difficult mRNA without aborting prematurely? It doesn't have to be for E. coli. Yeast or Insect cells would be acceptable too.
