Dear Dhananjay, I have been trying for more than one year to have a partial success with Baculovirus!
Is not so straighforward, protein expression is a science by its own; so I think there is not one or another universal protocol to try. You need to have positive evidences in all the steps of the "production": correct cloning, efficient transfection, titre of the virus, and play with several parameters (temperature, cultivation of cells in suspension or monolayer, day of harvesting of the cells, protein extraction procedure).
