Dear CCP4 friends, I have two questions after I solving one structure:
1. What tool does PDB databank use to generate secondary structure information which also shows in the pdb. file? 2. I had a secondary structure file which generated by DSSP, how I can convert it to pdb format? Thank you. Kind regards, Wenhe
