The latest iMosflm realise (7.1.0) will process images from the latest high speed Rayonix detectors but the physical limits of the larger detectors need to be set (except possibly for the MX225) , otherwise the predicted reflections will not extend to the edge of the detector.
To reset these limits, please follow the protocol below: 1. Read in the images 2. Check the size of the image (use the selection tool in the image display window and hold down the Ctrl key) The images can be 170, 225,300,340 or 425mm depending on the model of the detector. 3. Select the History icon, then the "Log" tab. 4. Select the green background mosflm log file window (left mouse click) 5. Type "Ctrl-k" 6. In the entry box that appears under the green window, with the label "Mosflm keyword:", for the MX300-HS type: LIMITS XMAX 150 YMAX 150 RMAX 212 RSCAN 212 Here RMAX and RSCAN are just sqrt(2)*XMAX.
