Hello all, I am currently running a Wyatt DynaPro Titan DLS using Dynamics 6.7.7.1. Ten days ago, the hard drive on the XP computer running the instrument totally failed and can no longer be accessed. I replaced it with a clone and tried to reconnect the Titan, but the two drivers needed by the system do not seem to exist, nor does the .inf file that would install them. I get a nice error message telling me new hardware has been found, but the drivers could not be installed. The hardware cited is the WyattQELS Flex99 Before Renumeration.
Wyatt no longer supports this machine or this version of the software, and will not sell me the newer version for use on a non-supported instrument. Therefore, I have a fully functional instrument that I cannot use because I cannot access the appropriate drivers. A similar issue was reported back in 2010 by another user of this list server, who apparently was helped rather quickly by someone who sent her the setup.exe files for Dynamics. I would like to ask for the same assistance. I either need the driver files for the instrument, or the setup files for the software to get this dinosaur running again.
