Hello, I’m forwarding this error on behalf of Jürgen since he seems to have lost the ability to send messages to the bb, saving all of our inboxes some space :) And yes, we do realize that imosflm is more preferred, but would like the participants to be able to use the older version, too.
Thanks, Lauren P.S. Sorry if this comes through twice. ------------------------ Lauren Boucher Ph.D. Candidate | Chemistry-Biology Interface Program | Bosch Lab Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health 615 N Wolfe St., W8710 | Baltimore, MD 21205 410-614-4894 [email protected] From: Jürgen Bosch <[email protected]> Subject: ipmosflm from ccp4-6.4.0 read image 0 error Date: August 4, 2014 at 10:21:49 AM EDT To: <[email protected]> Dear BB, We are trying to use ipmosflm as an example in a crystallography workshop. However, when trying to read image 1, ipmosflm reads in image 1 correctly, but then produces an ERROR stating that randomimagename_000.img DOES NOT EXIST. We use the template command ahead of time and give it image 1 to read in, still it prefers to ignore it and try to read in image 0 which does not exist. Any idea why this is the case ?
