If you mean instructions at http://devtools.fg.oisin.rc-harwell.ac.uk replace bzr+http://oisin.rc-harwell.ac.uk/bzr/devtools/trunk with bzr+http://oisin.rc-harwell.ac.uk/bzr/series-64/devtools and you will get v6.4.0 + all updates. If you don't want updates, download source packages v6.4.0 and do, for example: BUILD_STATIC=1 ./build clipper The source tarball includes so-called lightweight checkouts of all repositories and thin wrappers for building and updating.
