Dear all, Apologies for the non-CCP4 related post, but does anyone know where the HOLE program for mapping the conduction pathways of ion channels may be obtained from these days? Preferably in a form that may be run on Mac or Linux systems.
It no longer appears to be available from the Sansom laboratory website where it was previously hosted, and I have been unable to identify an alternate location from which to download it. Alternatively, suggestions of similar software would also be welcome. I have tried MOLE, CAVER, 3V, Molaxis and HOLLOW, all of which have their advantages, but for some cases I still like the output of HOLE. Many thanks, Oliver.
