Dear all I wish to do some docking work between a protein structure that I have and a DNA model that I have created using the programme DelPhi. This can be done but i would also like to create an electrostatic map of the interaction. Apparently DNA and protein is to be protonated to generate this map and while this is not a problem for the protein, DelPhi does not protonate the DNA.
Does anyone know how I could get around this problem and either get the DNA protonated or create the electrostatic map with the file that I have? Thanks Careina
