minor detail: when I run phaser tncs/twin detection form the win ccp4i gui and select for 'define composition of the asu' the option 'solvent content of protein crystal' the little floating help box says 'total scattering of atoms in the asu' but I am reasonably sure from the log file that phaser expects % solvent #---DEFINE COMPOSITION--- COMPOSITION BY SOLVENT COMPOSITION PERCENTAGE 72.34 Best regards, BR
