All:
I am working on the crystallization of a family 2 glycosyl transferases from
the periodontal pathogen Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans.
This enzyme makes a polymer from Nacetylglucosamine in the beta(1,6) linkage.
I would be very much interested in knowing whether or not inhibitors of this
family exists and if so, I would grately appreciate if someone could point out
to some references.
I have tried the usual searches but to to no avail.
Thank you all in advance
