Hi Rohit, A nice tool I came across recently, other than PISA, was EPPIC: http://eppic-web.org/ewui/ .
This tool analyses the interface in a similar way to PISA, looking at size and gives a per-residue percentage buried surface area. It also does an evolutionary analysis to determine how conserved the residues participating in the interface are. Amalgamating these scores it predicts whether a given interface is likely artifactual or may be present in solution. One nice aspect is that you can download a pymol session file for each interface with all the interacting regions pre-loaded and coloured.
