Dear Mike, Coot has the option Measures - Distances & Angles - Torsion (=Dihedral) which allows you to click on 4 random atoms to get the dihedral angle printed in the terminal window.

To compare to published data I would like to measure the 'dihedral angle between the imidazole plane of the histidine and the nearest N(pyrrole)–Fe–N(pyrrole) axis'. Could anyone advise me how to do this, either within Coot or another program? Many thanks, Mike
