Hi Ethan, Do you have a log file from the merging of the 1LUG dataset? I would like to see what the numbers are like as a function of resolution, and compare them to my dataset. Or alternatively and maybe better, if you could make the images available somewhere, I could just reprocess the data and thereby compare the datasets using exactly the same software. I would prefer the latter, actually, but it might be more trouble for you, so a log file would probably suffice.
I am enjoying this discussion with you, and really respect your endeavors in nailing this subject down--not many are willing to get into these issues, which I think are actually important! Jacob
