Dear Eleanor,

I am not that well organized, but we have a LIMS system that keeps track of the
projects. To prevent mix-ups, I prefer not to work with different inhibitor
complexes in the same directory, so I would have to create a separae ccp4i
project for every complex. This is one of the reasons I hardly ever use ccp4i.

You must all be very well organised, and have a very good memory for where you
ran that tidy-up job for some alternative project!

I fully agree. It would be great to be able to use the current working
directory instead of having to create hundreds of different projects!

hi,
for ccp4i, is there a way to have the default output directory be whatever
directory you launched ccp4i from , in other words, the current working
directory ?

thanks
