Dear All, The group of Dr. Marcin Nowotny at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IIMCB) in Warsaw, Poland is seeking candidates for postdoctoral fellows and PhD students. The fellows will work on protein complexes involved in retrotransposition and reverse transcription using protein crystallography and protein biochemistry.
The candidates must be motivated, well-organized and able to work independently as well as a part of the team. Experience with protein expression, purification and biochemical characterization is required. Knowledge and experience in protein crystallography will be an advantage. The Institute has state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including crystallization robots, an automated crystallization station and a microfocus home X-ray source.
