SIAIS is an innovative research institute dedicated to the fundamental problems in life science, particularly in the field of immunology.
The Lab of Antibody Structure utilize a multidisciplinary approach to study the structures and functional mechanisms of key molecules/complexes in innate and adaptive immunity, with a long-term goal of understanding and modulating the functions of important immune receptors and effectors for the prevention and treatment of various immune disorders, microbial infections or cancers. We are now seeking self-motivated talents to join us. Candidates for postdoctoral positions should: --- hold or will have a Ph.D. degree in biophysics, bioinformatics, biochemistry or cell biology --- have a strong academic research background --- have a publication record commensurate with experience --- manifest good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills — Outstanding candidates with different skill sets will be taken into consideration, spanning from structural biologists with experience in crystallography and cryo-EM, to cell biologists with experience in cellular trafficking, to bioinformatics with experience in homology modeling and simulation.
