This is not a very clear question (although my Portuguese is not greatest :)) You mean SH -> S(=O)O[H] ? If so, I think that you want to replace your CYS with a CSD If you're using Coot: 1) centre on the CYS of interest 2 ) Extensions -> Modelling -> Replace Residue ... -> CSD -> Mutate Paul.
