However, I think it would be useful if developers would add a port option for anything that requires ssh/scp. Many people avoid keeping ssh on port 22. Currently this is hardcoded in share/ccp4i2/core/CCP4JobServer.py.
Of course, almost immediately after posting I described that I simply
need to add "localhost" to the server section to get qsub to work.
