I am looking for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to explore the regulation of protein kinases and to contribute structural insights to drug discovery projects. The catalytic activities of protein kinases are controlled through protein-protein interactions and post-translational modifications. The project aims to resolve the structural basis of these mechanisms using a combination of protein crystallography, biochemistry, computational biology and biophysical approaches. The insights gleaned from these studies will underpin the development of allosteric kinase inhibitors.
