Hi Santhosh, the following little script
cad hklin1 input.mtz hklout output.mtz <<EOF LABIn FILE 1 all DWAVELENGTH FILE 1 1 1.54 END EOF creates output.mtz from input.mtz, with wavelength changed to 1.54 . Adjust the script according to your needs (changing file names and wavelength), and save in a file, e.g. cad.rc.
