A new position is open for a membrane protein crystallographer at a 
postdoctoral research associate level in Guan Lab at Department of Cell 
Physiology and Molecular Biophysics of Texas Tech University Health Sciences 
Center, TX, to perform NIH-funded research projects, which involve a 
comprehensive structural/functional investigation of bacterial/human nutrient 
transporters using X-ray crystallography and other biophysical techniques.

The laboratory seeks a motivated individual with strong knowledge and expertise 
in protein X-ray crystallography.  Experience in membrane protein biochemistry 
and solute transport is highly favored.  Salary is competitive based on
