Dear all, we are considering whether to buy the columns and reagents to purify our own Wnt3 protein or to buy it. Given that the purification requires large amount of column eluents with 1% CHAPS, we are looking for the cheapest CHAPS provider to understand if the in-house purification is worth the cost.
