FYI - I just wanted to follow up on this earlier post in case others have experienced the same issue as Evgenii and I had experienced with the CCP4i2 gui, as described below in the original email. Steve Wilson, our Systems IT expert here at Purdue was able to track down and fix the issue for us. Once the file noted below is removed, a new one seems to be generated that remedies the ccp4i2 file import issues we have experienced.
++++from Steve's email++++ Okay, the problem with ccp4i2 is now fixed. There was something in ~/.config/Trolltech.conf that was causing the problem. This file contains qt4 preference settings and I'm guessing something in this file either got corrupted or is being misinterpreted by ccp4i2. I just moved it to Trolltech.conf.orig and now ccp4i2 behaves as it should. ++++end++++ Hopefully this helps others! Cheers, Nick +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Nicholas Noinaj 240 S.
