Dear all, Sorry for the off-topic question. I need to prepare an heterodimeric protein complex for an immunisation, and I would like to make sure that the dimer will be stable and it won't dissociate after injection.
I am wondering if any of you has a mild cross-linking protocol (and suggestions of a suitable reagent) to share.
