Hi Pavel, We have the same problem. We no longer use the web interface. We connect to the server with remote desktop protocol and run crystaltrack software remotely. While no ideal it works.
If you can run a Windows 7 machine on your network and connect to the server you can install crystaltrack as a client. But from what I remember it is a fairly unpleasant experience to install the software. You local IT may not allow you to run windows 7. Hey Pavel, afaik our local installation of the software still works. So if going there physically is an option for you, you can try that. Cheers, Johannes Am Do., 18. Recently (on January 14, 2021) the Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash support needed for the CrystalTrak web version from being fully functional. Is there anyone else, who has been facing this problem? Is there any good solution?
