Hi all, An Assistant Staff Scientist position is available to help build and manage a structural biology laboratory at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and to make it available to the UAMS community. The Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute (https://cancer.uams.edu/) has made sizable investments to strengthen structural biology at UAMS and to make it an integral part of its cancer research programs. The successful candidate will train users in the best use of newly purchased equipment, assist as needed in structure determination by X-ray crystallography and cryoEM, and help build, manage, and maintain the structural biology facility. This is an exciting opportunity to impact several diverse research projects in a team-oriented environment.
