Yes but without the methyl groups on the sugars. I scavenged a GTA capped RNA 
from a PDB - 5wfh - which draws the link from the GTA to the 5’-phosphate of 
the RNA, but when you regularise them in coot, it breaks the connecting bond.

However after just starting to reply to you I realised that the GTA is marked 
as HETATM, so I just edited it to ATOM in the PDB and the wonderful coot 
minimiser now bonds everything perfectly.
