Dear Colleagues, At PSI we have an open position for a software scientist to work on a data acquisition pipeline for the cutting-edge PSI pixel-array detectors, producing 20-100 GB/s of data, with a mix of high-end x86 servers and task-specific hardware architectures (IBM POWER, FPGA, GPU).
We are looking for a person with interest in strong C++ programming skills and emerging computing architectures. Prior experience with X-ray image acquisition is a strong advantage.
