Dear All, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me, I am looking to cleave the SUMO tag off a purified protein with a 6x-His/SUMO tag fusion. I am looking for the construct for a SUMO protease that I can produce in my lab rather than ordering online as they are quite expensive.
