Dear Community, I just came accross a paper on the use of MrBUMP to fit pdb models to cryo-EM maps: https://scripts.iucr.org/cgi-bin/paper?S2059798321009165 However, it turned out that the program tries to download coordinates directly from the pdb, which our firewall does not allow. Is there a way to point MrBUMP to an internal mirror of the pdb?
