Hello Danton,Many thanks, I did not know that the SAbDab existed. It is very
useful and that is a very good start indeed.Best regards,Samer

Hi Samer,
SAbDab is an excellent resource for sequence, structure, and affinity data for
publicly available antibodies.
A quick look shows that Fab-antigen structures 3h42, 2nyy, 4ps4, 2bdn, and 2nz9
all have reported interaction affinities in the low pM range. Probably worth
confirming this with the actually publications, but should be a good start!
Best of luck,
Danton

Subject: [ccp4bb] High-affinity binding Fab to a known epitope amino acid
sequence Dear All, Sorry to be disturbing you all, however the valuable input I
get each time I have an inquiry from the mailing list members, encourages me to
inquire again. Do you know of (or use) a Fab with high-affinity of binding to
its epitopeDear All,Sorry to be disturbing you all, however the valuable input
I get each time I have an inquiry from the mailing list members, encourages me
to inquire again.
Do you know of (or use) a Fab with high-affinity of binding to its epitope (KD
in the Picomolar pM or the Femtomolar fM range), where the amino acid sequence
of the epitope is also known?
I have searched the commercially available Fabs, however the epitope amino acid
sequence is not disclosed to the researchers.Thank you.Best regards,Samer
