The Choi laboratory is moving to Indiana University, Bloomington, IN,
and multiple post-doctoral positions are available. We study the structure and
mechanism of viral replication and infection machinery focusing on RNA viruses.
In particular, we are interested in RNA-protein interactions essential for
viral RNA genome replication. We use multiple approaches combining X-ray
crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), biochemistry and
biophysics. For more information about our current research group, visit our
website: https://www.utmb.edu/scsb/labgroups/choi/choi-research-lab.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. and experience in either biochemistry,
X-ray crystallography or cryo-EM is required. Interested parties should send a
cover letter, CV, and a list of 2-3 references to Dr. Kay Choi via e-mail at
[email protected].
