Seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to study the structure and function of integral membrane proteins involved in hormone signaling and lipid homeostasis. Projects integrate X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM along with cell-based functional assays and pharmacology to understand the molecular mechanisms of signaling and perturbation by drugs and lipids. New therapeutic applications in human disease are a goal of multiple projects.
